More strength.
More energy.
More durability.
More desirable body composition.
Life's too short for that shit—you’re looking to age athletically.
You survived the 1500-calorie diets (bird food!) and “bikini body” workouts we came of age with in the 80s, 90s, and 00s—high five!
It’s not sustainable. No thanks.
so you can live big, on your own terms.
… you know some of your best years are still to come—

instead of watching them get further away
in the rear view mirror.
- Struggling to lift heavy things—like groceries, Amazon boxes, kids, laundry baskets, luggage
- Noticing more knee pain, backaches, or shoulder tightness
- Feeling stiffer, noticing limited range of motion, or struggling with doing things that used to be easy
- Seeing your shape change and less muscle definition
- Increased risk of falls, broken bones, disability, and death (yeah, we went there … it’s that serious)
- Wake up free from crippling neck and back pain
- Confidently dash up the stairs without face planting or getting embarrassingly winded
- Chuck your carry-on bag into the overhead bin with one hand
- Get your ass up off the floor, no groaning, creaking, and I’m getting old drama

is to book pricEy sessions with a personal trainer.
But … that’s not what most women need.
Personal training sessions can be a great place to start for some people but—
- They’re not flexible: You have to reschedule when you can’t make it—you can’t workout on YOUR time. Plus? That personal trainer can’t travel with you on work trips 😉
- They charge by the hour (or partial hour): Two to three personal training sessions per week with some random dude who works in the gym are expensive.
- Your ability to get coaching is limited: You only have access to your assigned trainer during your scheduled sessions—have a question in between your sessions? Forget it. You’re out of luck.
- You’re limited to the expertise of one trainer: And there’s no guarantee that your trainer knows anything about periods, perimenopause, and pelvic floor—since personal trainer certifications don’t require that they learn about it.
- You’re most likely getting a cookie-cutter program they use for all their clients: Sure, if you have an injury to work around, they might tweak it and customize it a bit but if you’re relatively healthy, it’s likely they are leading you through a pretty standard program.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked 1:1 with women who went from thinking they were limited by their age, their pain, and their injury history to seeing themselves as capable and strong, achieving their dreams of being active, chasing bold bucket list goals, and feeling badass in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond.
I created The Age Athletically Method™ because I hate how scary, sad, shame-filled, and confusing the current narrative is around women and aging.
I wanted to give women a place to get trustworthy, evidence-based training and nutrition programming to continue to be healthy, strong, and fit alongside a community of women just like them to keep them motivated and inspired.
