You still lift. You still run. You still line up for the race.
You’ve spent years training, racing, and chasing goals — it’s not a phase, it’s who you are.
But lately:
And everywhere you look for an answer, you get one of these:
BUILT TO PERFORM is coaching for experienced athletic women in their 40s and 50s who are done guessing — and ready to train hard, perform better, and stop breaking down.
Not another plan to follow. An integrated performance system — strength, endurance, and fueling under one strategy — diagnosed for your body, rebuilt around your goals, and measured so you know it’s working.
You built your training on rules that worked in your 20s and 30s: more mileage, more intensity, push through, eat less.
Those rules got you here. They will not get you where you want to go next.
Applied to an already-athletic body navigating midlife physiology, “more and harder” backfires — more fatigue, more injuries, slower recovery, stalled performance.
So you double down, because doubling down is what has always worked.
You don’t need more effort. You have effort in spades. You need a strategy that matches the athlete you are now.

You want:
You’ve tasted what strong feels like. You’re nowhere near done.
You’ve done the run clubs, the CrossFit boxes, the 5:30 AM classes, the macro counting, the challenges, the apps. You know what performance feels like and how to work for it.
The random gen-pop programming, the 90-minute workout blocks, the “just push harder” energy — that was built for a different life and a different body. The intensity that used to fuel you now flattens you.
You’re not lazy. You’re not undisciplined. You’re not out of options.
You’re an advanced athlete running basic all-purpose programming — and stitching together conflicting advice to fill the gaps.
You don’t need someone to keep you accountable — you’ve never had a consistency problem. You need one integrated strategy, built for you, that holds up under a real, full life.
Most programs hand you a plan and hope. BUILT TO PERFORM runs on diagnosis and measurement — the way any serious performance work should.
1. We diagnose. Your intake starts with full diagnostic testing — a forensic look at where your strength, endurance, and fueling are actually working against you. Not a generic assessment. The real drivers behind your plateau and your breakdowns.
2. We rebuild. Then we build one integrated strategy — strength, endurance, speed work, and nutrition engineered together, not three separate plans pointing in three directions — around your body, your training history, and your goals.
3. We measure. We re-test at 3 and 6 months. You’re not going on a feeling — you get proof your training is moving in the right direction. And when something isn’t moving, we see it and adjust.
4. We set up what’s next. At the end of your 6 months, we’ll have a continuation strategy ready for you, delivered through our legacy 1:1 coaching, so your fitness compounds season over season instead of resetting.

Training hard but getting slower and feeling less athletic |
Every build derailed by another flare or tweak |
Guessing whether it’s your training, fueling, age, or hormones |
Three coaches, three plans, none of them talking to each other |
Recovery that takes days; workouts that drain your energy instead of building it |
Wondering if your best athletic years are behind you |
Training smarter and setting PRs again — in running and in the gym |
Building through a full training cycle without getting sidelined |
Knowing exactly what’s driving your results, because it’s measured |
One integrated strategy, one coach, everything pulling the same direction |
Recovering well enough to train hard, consistently |
Proof, in the numbers, that your best years aren’t behind you |
You could keep going exactly as you are:
I’m Alison—and LIMITLESS was forged in the hardest season of my life.
I hit my midlife wall at full speed.
At 42, I became an unexpected caregiver—juggling a household, a business, and everyone’s needs but mine.
Crippling anxiety and soul-sucking depression blindsided me.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but they were my first signs of perimenopause—and they couldn’t have hit at a worse time.
The workouts I used to love? Too long, too intense, too draining.
The nutrition routines I relied on? Fell apart when I had zero energy to grocery shop or cook.
The systems and strategies that had once worked for me? Useless now.
But I wasn’t ready to give up on myself.
I still wanted to feel strong. Athletic. In control.
I just couldn’t access it the way I used to.
Without regular exercise, my sleep tanked. My joints started hurting. My mental health spiraled.
And worst of all—I started losing my sense of identity.
I wasn’t training. I wasn’t recovering. I wasn’t myself.
✅ You identify as an athlete — present tense. You’re still training, still competing, still chasing goals.
✅ You’ve put in serious, sustained work and hit a ceiling you can’t explain or push through.
✅ You have specific goals — a race, a PR, a lift, a standard you refuse to abandon.
✅ You’re driven by performance and capability, not by a number on the scale.
✅ You’re done with generic advice and ready for an integrated strategy built for your body.
✅ You’ll own your training — you want a strategist in your corner to get performance results faster, not hold your hand every day.
✅ You’re playing the long game: strong and fast at 60 and 70, not just this season.
❌ You’re chasing the last 10 pounds or your skinny jeans more than a PR.
❌ You want a quick fix instead of a strategy that compounds.
❌ You want to be managed, motivated, and held accountable through every workout — that’s not how this works.
❌ You’re not open to unlearning the eat-less-move-more model you were handed.
❌ You’re in acute pain and can’t train right now — in that case, BUILT TO LAST is your starting point. It’s built to get you out of the pain cycle first, so you can push it here.
For women who want to be strong, powerful, and durable in their bodies — and have the performance to prove it.
A fully custom, integrated plan — strength, endurance, and speed work built as one strategy, not bolted together from separate programs. Every block is designed around your diagnostic results, your goals, and the time you actually have.
That’s exactly who this is for. BUILT TO PERFORM lives in the gap the industry ignores: too advanced for beginner programming, but also not a full-time athlete. Experienced, capable, and ready for a strategy that matches.
Your program is built around the equipment and setup you have. We design for your reality, not an ideal one.
However, we recommend having access to weights (barbells, dumbbells, and/or kettlebells), resistance bands, and a bench — at a minimum.
The plan is engineered around the days and hours you actually have — and because it’s integrated, nothing is wasted. This is precision, not volume.
It’s custom. We build your week around your goals and your real schedule rather than a fixed template.
However, we recommend planning for 6-7 workouts per week (with at least one full day of rest). This will likely end up being: 3-4 lifting sessions and 3-4 endurance/conditioning workouts per week.
No. It’s a full battery of diagnostic tests, an integrated strategy to address the findings, and periodic reassessment. The testing and re-testing are the difference between hoping it’s working and knowing it is.
Yes—and here’s how:
Let’s be real: many women (myself included) benefit from hormone therapy or other medications to manage symptoms during this transition. And if that’s an option for you? Great. You deserve the full spectrum of support.
But even with the right prescriptions, you still need a solid training plan and good nutrition habits to build a body that’s strong enough to carry you through this next chapter. That’s where BUILT TO PERFORM comes in.
Your hormones and your age change the inputs your body needs — they don’t cancel out the fundamentals. Training, fueling, recovery, and load management still determine your outcomes. We build the strategy around where your physiology actually is; we don’t sell you a hormone fix.
Then this isn’t your fit. BUILT TO PERFORM is built for performance and durability. A leaner, stronger body composition is a byproduct of training and fueling like an athlete — never the primary goal here.
Most programs can’t tell you why they aren’t working. This one is diagnostic from day one and measured at 3 and 6 months, so we find the mismatch and correct it instead of guessing.
There’s no “track” to fall off. Everything is built around you and flexes with your real life — travel, work, chaos and all.
This is what training with a real strategy feels like.
